  • Free Shipping: Orders of RM149.00 and above qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders totaling RM148.00 and below incur a standard shipping charge of RM10.

2. International Shipping

For customers outside Malaysia, we provide personalized assistance to calculate shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

3. Size Exchange

To help you select the correct size, we strongly recommend consulting our size chart and taking accurate measurements before purchasing. While we generally do not offer refunds, we provide a 14-day size exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be for the same item in a different size (e.g., Size 0 → Size 1), subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, and saleable condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our headquarters.

  • Once received and inspected, we will process the size exchange promptly.
