1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
The item remains in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, and promotional reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Final-sale or clearance items.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Return Shipping & Costs

Customers must use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Glowith Global cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Returns arriving damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, you may choose one of the following options:
Exchange – subject to stock availability.
Store Credit – issued for future purchases.

Glowith Global reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Products failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
